At Imgtagram, we value the privacy of our users, and for us it is important that you understand what is happening with the information that you provide to us. This document will help you understand how we use, store, collect and disclose your data.
Collection of information
You can freely browse this site without disclosing any personal information that allows you to identify yourself. However, once you have sent us your personal information, you are no longer anonymous to us. We collect two types of information from Users / Organizers of the Site: "Automatic anonymous information" and "Identifiable personal information".
Automatic anonymous information (AAI)
The Site / Contest tool allows you to automatically track certain information based on your behavior. This information does not personally identify you. We use this information to improve the content and functionality of the Site / Contest tool, as well as to better understand and satisfy our visitors. This information can include the browser that you are using, your IP address or other information. This information is referred to here as AAI.
Identifiable Personal Information (IPI)
IPI is individually identifiable information about you that allows us to identify or contact you. Some functions of the site require a request for a specific IPI, for example, Instagram user name, Instagram password and / or other personal information.
But we do not process your Instagram passwords directly. We use the Instagram API and the OAuth 2.0 protocol to authorize our users. Our databases are password protected to protect against unauthorized access to our systems. Only engineering staff can access data based on needs.
You can select IPI to access certain functions on the Site. You can always choose not to provide certain information, but in this case it may be that you can not use certain functions of the site.
Exchange of information to third parties
The site will focus on advertising based on personal information provided by users, and is derived from the use of the site. This may include gender, age, or geographical data. Imgtagram does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when interacting or viewing the target ad. However, when interacting with a preview or viewing an ad, you agree that the advertiser will assume that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad. We can associate and share non-personal information that we collect from you and other users with advertisers, third parties, trusted partners and affiliates so that they display ads that best match your interests. We can aggregate your PII with information about others. In this case, we will make your information impersonally identifiable, removing your name and other characteristics that identify it as you. We can use and / or share the received non-PII with third parties. We can provide some non-personal information to others who help us understand how you use the Site.
Separation and disclosure of information on any official side
We can demand from law enforcement bodies, state administrators and / or the judiciary to provide personal information. We will disclose personal information upon receipt of a court order or, if necessary, cooperate with law enforcement, administrative or other government agencies. We reserve the right to inform law enforcement authorities of any actions that we consider to be unlawful in good faith.
The use of these cookies is optional; you can configure the browser to not accept or only accept cookies.
Connection to social media.
When you sign up for your Imgtagram account via Instagram, you allow us to have access to both PII and non-PII from your profile on social networks. This PII can be publicly reviewed and may be used by other members of these sites.
